Objects may be closer than the appear. While running this morning with my son (Chach nickname for Charley) he kept falling behind. It was cold so I didn’t press the issue. It got me to thinking, It would be easier if I had a review mirror. Then I thought of the saying at the bottom of the mirror “object may be closer than the appear.” The bottom of the Real Estate market is Closer than it appears. Reasons:1. We are at or below construction cost.
2. Rent are on the raise, making buy more attractive.
3. Interest rate are awesomely low.
4. The choices are great.
5. The buyer can set most of the conditions but not for long.
6. Quality homes in quality areas are always in demand.Do you homework, make the correct offer and enjoy the knowledge that you did what most don’t bought a home at the bottom of the market.
