No Life Guard On Duty
I was out at the beach this evening and noticed this sign.
I think it should be posted on homes when people are looking at them to purchase.
You need a someone who has your best interest in mind.
How can you tell
1. Do they complete a competitive market analysis on the house before you make an offer?
2. Do they encourage you to get a through home inspection? Will that home inspector follow up?
3. Do they really only show you homes that you can afford?
4. Do they take the time to explain why?
5. Are the respectful of the homes they show?
6. Are they knowledgeable about homes, home ownership?
